AFMDC Organizes Stress Management Session to Promote Mental Health & Student Well-being

Aziz Fatimah Medical & Dental College successfully hosted an impactful awareness session on “Stress Management in Daily Life” under the supervision of the AFMDC Alumni Association, reaffirming its commitment to student well-being, mental health awareness, and holistic medical education.

The session featured renowned psychiatrist Prof. Dr. Imtiaz Ahmad Dogar, who shared valuable insights on stress management, emotional resilience, psychological well-being, and maintaining balance in academic and professional life. He emphasized the importance of understanding stress triggers, practicing self-awareness, and adopting healthy coping strategies to achieve long-term personal and professional growth.

Mr. Ijaz Hussain, Trustee AFT and Executive Director of Sitara Chemical Industries Ltd, welcomed the distinguished speaker on behalf of the Worthy Managing Trustee, faculty, management, and students. During his address, he shared inspiring thoughts rooted in Islamic values, emphasizing that patience, faith, and trust in Allah provide strength during life’s challenges.
