In continuation of series of workshops by Department of Medical Education, Team Based Learning workshop was organized on 8th February 2023; Dr. Sumera Ehsan a renowned medical educationalist (Chairperson Medical Education FMU) was the guest facilitator of this workshop. Workshop was organized to provide faculty members with comprehensive understanding of Team Based Learning. Dr. Sumera delivered key concepts that TBL provides an innovative approach to student-centered learning, supporting the flipped classroom method of healthcare education and shared her practical experiences on TBL. All faculty members enthusiastically participated in this workshop. Principal AFMDC Prof Dr. Muhammad Saeed also addressed on this occasion and gave his valuable comments. The session was concluded by giving certificate to Dr. Sumera Ehsan and followed by refreshment.
