Maulana Tariq Jameel Addresses AFMDC Gathering on Seerat-un-Nabi
Faisalabad, August 20, 2026: Aziz Fatimah Medical & Dental College (AFMDC) hosted a spiritually enriching session on Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ, featuring renowned Islamic scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel. The session brought together the college leadership, faculty, students, and members of the Aziz Fatimah Trust community for an inspiring reflection on the life, character, sacrifices, and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
Maulana Tariq Jameel was warmly welcomed by Mr. Muhammad Adrees, Managing Trustee, Aziz Fatimah Trust (AFT) & CEO, Sitara Chemical Industries; Mr. Imran Ghafoor, Trustee, Aziz Fatimah Trust; Mr. Ijaz Hussain, Trustee, Aziz Fatimah Trust; and the Executive Director.
During his address, Maulana Tariq Jameel shed light on the extraordinary life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺparticularly His ﷺ sacrifices, patience, compassion, and profound love for His Ummah. He emphasized that Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ should not remain confined to knowledge, discussion, or remembrance; rather, it should be reflected in an individual’s character, conduct, values, relationships, and everyday actions.
He further highlighted that genuine success lies in making the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ a guiding principle for one’s life. The session encouraged students and attendees to look beyond academic and professional achievement and to develop their personal character in accordance with the noble example of the Prophet ﷺ.
The gathering also reflected Aziz Fatimah Trust’s commitment to nurturing students not only as competent healthcare professionals but also as individuals grounded in compassion, ethics, service, and a strong sense of responsibility towards society.
During his visit, Maulana Tariq Jameel offered prayers for Ghafoor Bashir Hospital, the under-construction multi-story hospital project of Aziz Fatimah Trust. He prayed for the successful completion of the project and expressed hope that the hospital would become a lasting source of healthcare, healing, and service to humanity.
The session concluded with a renewed reminder that the Seerat of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ provides timeless guidance for every aspect of life. The gathering left students and faculty with a message of reflection, self-improvement, compassion, and service.
