MBBS Transfer Policy (Session 2021-22)

Aziz Fatimah Medical & Dental College – Faisalabad

Eligibility Criteria

• All students enrolled in any recognized Medical & Dental College registered with Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) are eligible to apply for transfer to MBBS 1st Year (Session 2021-22).
• Transfers / migration against any vacant seats will be processed strictly on merit.
• Merit will be calculated using 50% F.Sc marks and 50% MDCAT marks.
• The list of all applied students will be displayed on the college website.
• The final list will be forwarded to Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) for review.
• After PMC approval, selected students will be called to join the 1st Year class at Aziz Fatimah Medical & Dental College.
• Selected students must deposit the college fee and dues within three working days.
• Students who fail to submit the fee within the due time will not be considered for admission.
• Vacant seats will be filled from the waiting list according to merit.

Application Procedure

Students who wish to transfer to 1st Prof MBBS (Session 2021-22) at
Aziz Fatimah Medical & Dental College (AFMDC) according to PMC policy
can apply through the Online Transfer Application Form and upload the following documents:

Required Documents

• Matric / O-Level Equivalence Certificate
• F.Sc / A-Level Equivalence Certificate
• Science Subject Certificate of IBCC (Only for A-Level candidates)
• Domicile Certificate
• MDCAT Result
• CNIC / B-Form of Student & Father
• 02 Passport Size Photographs (Blue Background)
