Job description

A Secretary is responsible for facilitating communications, maintaining office records, scheduling meetings, taking minutes of meeting and follow up the given tasks to individual / departments.

  • To provide assistance to Deputy General Manager Administration & HR in all matters.
  • Maintaining meeting agenda and assist in planning appointments, management/board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attending meetings and keep minutes of meeting and sharing the relevant meeting points with the concerned participants.
  • To follow up and compliance of the assignments / tasks given to different departments.
  • Maintenance of all records according to SOP and handle confidential documents while ensuring that it will remain secure and confidential.
  • Develop and maintain a proper filing system for smooth functioning.
  • Preparation of presentations (Power Point, Excel and Word) as and when required.
